The appendices include lists of honours awarded. Dr Chris Coulthard-Clark is one of Australia's best-known writers of military history. He is presently Historical Fellow at the RAAF's Air Power Studies Centre in Canberra, and is researching the RAAF in Vietnam to write this section of the official war history.
