This book provides the first completely illustrated listing of all the ships that served on the Australia Station (1859-1913). Beginning with a brief outline of British and colonial naval activities in Australia, then the main section with a ship-by-ship account of all the vessels known to have served with the Imperial Australia and the final section devoted to the many other British warships that visited the Station during the Imperial Squadron’s tenure of service. Includes never–before published photographs and drawings.
