This first volume deals with infantry, grenadiers, light infantrymen and artillerymen - the soldiers of "the old guard of Emperor Napoleon I". Their rich and various uniforms, their flags, insignia and equipment are all recreated in over 50 pages of full colour plates using computer graphic technology.
