Emer Book II: The Northeast is the 2nd in a series of sourcebooks to provide in-depth information about the cultures, kingdoms and powers on the pre-eminent land on Kulthea: Emer. The Master Atlas provided a basic overview of this continent, but much was left to the imagination, and a few things were not entirely accurate.
