The Special Air Service was formed by Britain after the fall of France in 1940. Volunteers underwent rigorous training covering weaponry, stealth, orienteering, air and amphibious assault, demolition, and a number of other critical skills to operate behind enemy lines. The Commandos operated extensively during World War 2 in multiple theaters.
This sprue includes enough parts to build 6 SAS, SBS, or Royal Marine Commandos with a variety of headgear. Equipment includes Sten, Bren, and Tommy guns, Lee Enfield rifles, sniper rifles, pistols, knives, a demo charge, and radio equipment.
