The game is designed by Javier Romero. It is a simulation of the first decisive days of main battle of the Spanish Civil War.

The game is designed to simulate the combats that occured from July 25th, 1938 to August 4th, 1938 on the Ebre at the Brigade scale.
The Ejercito Popular (popular republican army) has counters that represents batallions or brigades, and the Ejercito Nacional (nationalist army) has counters that represents batallions or regiments (or equivalents, such as half brigades or 3-4 batallions).

Aerian units represents groups of 2-3 squadrons or 30-40 fighters; or squadrons of 50-70 bombardiers.

An hexagon represents 1.5km, a game turn represents one day.

Rules are 6 pages. 2 play aid sheets, 1 counter sheet and one A2 map.

As with all Vae Victis games, the counters need to be cut out and mounted. The rules are entirely in French, although translations are available online.

This item is in Excellent condition. The counters are unpunched. There is some very minor shelf wear. As always, photos are of the item that you will receive.
