Codex: Dark Angels is an expansion book for Warhammer 40,000 published in 2007, and is for the 4th edition of Warhammer 40,000 and its Codex: Space Marines.
The book has 88 pages and the cover is printed in colour while the majority of the book remains in black and white, although there are usually several pages of colour images of miniatures.
Army List
This book contains a complete army list for using a Space Marine army of the Dark Angels chapter or one of its successors. Further special rules and equipment are included.
It contains detailed history on many aspects of Dark Angels history. These include the Origins of the Dark Angels, the Unforgiven, the Organisation of the first and second companies (Deathwing and Ravenwing), the Rights and Initiation of the Dark Angels and the Battles of the Dark Angels.
